10 Healing Affirmations for Vibrant Health and Wellness

Doing daily positive affirmations is a powerful way to improve your health and life for the better. All of our experiences in life both positive and negative are created by our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Whatever you focus on expands so if you dwell on negative thoughts about your health and life, you will only attract more of the same.


Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat often with the intention of improving your life. Doing affirmations will help you change negative beliefs that you have about your life and health. Unlocking the power of positive thinking using affirmations will result in a transformation of your actions, habits, attitude, emotions, and ultimately your life.


In 2007 I started having health issues related to poor eating habits, working too much, and high levels of stress in my life. I started feeling really bad and suffering with acid reflux, indigestion, weight gain, eczema, anxiety, skin breakouts, and sleepless nights. I knew I couldn’t go on living like this because I was unhappy and miserable.


I knew I didn’t want to take prescription medications to mask the symptoms and not deal with what caused the health issues in the first place so I started researching how to heal my body holistically. I found out about doing daily affirmations to support my healing and to help me start making positive changes in my life.


Doing these 10 healing affirmations for vibrant health and wellness along daily meditation and visualizing the life I wanted to experience completely changed my life for the better. The daily affirmations and meditation gave me the strength and resolve I needed to take action and make positive choices in my life which helped me to heal my mind and body.


I wanted to share the positive affirmations that I personally wrote for my own healing in the hopes that they will help you to experience vibrant health and wellness in your life. Try to take at least 5-10 minutes out of your day, several times a day to repeat these affirmations and watch what unfolds in your life! Make sure you are in a relaxed state when you do these healing affirmations so that you can focus your full attention on them.


10 Healing Affirmations


  • I nourish myself with healing foods every day that satisfy and totally heal my mind and body.


  • I deserve and accept vibrant health and wellness into my life right now.


  • I love myself completely and take excellent care of my mind and body.


  • I am totally safe and surrounded by love, light, peace, and joy.


  • I am completely relaxed and my mind and body is peaceful and calm. All is wonderful in my life.


  • I let go of all that I no longer need. My body is healing quickly and easily.


  • My past is done and I release it. I live in the present with happiness, love, and joy.


  • I live my life with radiant good health totally knowing that all is well and I feel fantastic.


  • I rest peacefully every night knowing that my body is healing and rejuvenating while I sleep.


  • I have abundant energy and a strong healthy immune system.

    For me the turning point that caused me to use affirmations was when I realized that I was sounding like my mother when my oldest(now 29) was 2 years old.

    Your suggestion of focusing 5 to 10 minutes a day is a great one.

    Thanks for sharing your personal affirmations. Out of your whole list, these two are my favorites. “I love myself completely and take excellent care of my mind and body.” I have been bothered lately by my neighbor’s girlfriend’s cigarette smoke and then I realized that she does not care about her health and her body the way I do.

    “I let go of all that I no longer need. My body is healing quickly and easily.” Our mind is so powerful. When we decide consciously and with emotion and true intention, our body can and will heal from whatever ails it. Our mind is the power, not our body.

      Dr Erica, I’m so glad you like the affirmations. I was hesitant about sharing something so personal to me but since they really helped me heal my body I decided to share them in the hopes that they could help others. I have a family that lives next door to me and they all smoke which really bothers me as well. I bought a hepa air filter and it has really helped along with my plants that clean the air. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

  4. I am going to print these out but first I will change them. I believe in renewing my mind but from a Biblical perspective. I give glory to the Lord for His healing of me and His renewal over my life. He is in control and my job is to trust that His way is best. After all, He is Love. 🙂

    Shelley, thanks for sharing your life experience and how well affirmations work. I have been saying them for years with each “problem” I encounter. I usually put it on my bathroom mirror because it is the first thing I see in the morning, brushing my teeth lol.

    Then I repeat it during the day, aloud so I can hear it. After 30 days, Voila! My subconscious is trained.

    My favorite one I am going to steal from you is –

    Because I need to be mindful of exercise!

    I used an affirmation decades ago for the only surgery I’ve had–and it calmed me prior and made me feel confident afterwards as I healed into perfect health.
    I am facing another surgery in two days and needed something to calm me again–I am VERY healthy and really not used to this type of situation, so find it very unsettling. I found your affirmations, will reword them slightly and use them. Thanks for offering them to me! I feel more comfortable already.
