  1. Good Morning Shelley, What an Awesome article, My niece is having a hard time since she has been put on a gluten-free diet. I am going to shoot my sister this link Via FaceBook so she can surprise her daughter with this e-book. The price is certainly right. Thanks for sharing Chery :))

  3. I am not gluten free but the recipes here look delicious and will be worth me making if I entertain people whose dietary preferences I don’t know. I follow a low GI diet and at my age a lot of my friends need to as well. More and more are being diagnosed with Diabetes or Pre Diabetes. It is hard to know what to serve for treats that have low impact on glucose levels.

  5. I’ve been gluten free since November ’12, but one of the more important things is – I’ve been WHEAT free since then. Dr. William Davis, in his book “Wheat Belly”, identifies the danger of today’s modern wheat. It’s an eye-opening book. Not only does he deal with gluten (which wheat is an added ingredient in most of the grocery shelf items), but he discusses the harm in the protein of “gladien”. I’m enjoying eating gluten free (btw, those recipes look DELICIOUS), but am so thankful to be away from wheat!
