When I blended this drink up and tasted it I was blown away by how delicious it was! Chocolate Collagen Coconut Milk
Paleo, Primal, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free
Makes 2 servings
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (recipe below or you can try Califia Farms brand)
⅓ cup Bulletproof upgraded™ raw chocolate powder (click here to see this product)
1 tablespoon Bulletproof Brain Octane oil (click here to see this product)
½ teaspoon Bulletproof VanillaMax (click here to see this product)
1 teaspoon liquid stevia or raw honey to taste (I used this brand of stevia)
¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
Tiny pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 scoop Bulletproof upgraded™ Collagen (click here to see this product)
1. Place all ingredients except collagen into a blender and blend until smooth. Add collagen in and blend for a few seconds just until it dissolves. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 3 days.
2 Minute Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons coconut butter (Here’s a good brand of coconut butter)
2 cups filtered or spring water
1. Place coconut butter and filtered water into a blender and blend until creamy. Use in the recipe.
