    what a great combination of healthy and handy suggestions/links.

    Since my boys grew up and left home I haven’t made popsicles and not really given it a thought what sort of plastic the popsicle makers where made of. The ones you recommend look great and very handy.
    In the last three month I have intensively studyied everything about coconut oil and have loved using it on my face. It is supposed to work like sunscreen as well, which I have not tested since it is winter here.
