Chia seeds are one of my go-to super seeds to eat on a weekly basis for energy, strength, and immunity! I have many recipes on my site that include chia seeds, so you know I adore them. I decided to share some of my absolute favorite chia seed recipes from a group of healthy food bloggers that I truly admire. Of course you know I had to add a few of my recipes in this lineup too! All of these recipes will have your mouth-watering in no time!

    I still remember the commercials from when I was a kid for the ‘chia pets’! You would paste the seeds onto a little animal shaped figure and the seeds would grow and make it look like they were little animals with green fur! I was NOT until very recently that I realized that chia seeds are actually healthy and edible! I am looking for healthy desserts so I will have to try these recipes.

    wow, you were correct when you wrote that I will have my “mouth-watering in no time”
    what great recipes from you and your other friends that were generous enough to share it will all of us.

    I use Chia seed here and there.. but now that I noticed these other ways to use, wowowowow I will have more often for sure.
    My way of using Chia seed was simple… sprinkle them on salads and other foods and that was it…

    I sure have a lot to learn about holistic food and lifestyle.. I though I knew a lot but if I compare with you and your friends who know how to create such wonderful dishes.. well, I am invisible haha 🙂

  7. I wanted to return and let you know that I got the chia seeds. Then placed them in peanut butter for my daily crackers and butter snacks. That gave me the balance I needed and this is week two and thanks.

    These are amazing ways to get and stay healthy without the expensive stuff they sell at the market.

    I mean this is so much needed information and in the US we need it the most. Thanks again.
